Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly to clients and vendors
- Enter and maintain financial data in accounting systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Organize and archive invoice records for easy retrieval and audit compliance
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and basic financial reporting
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure financial accuracy
- Process payments and manage payment schedules efficiently
- Collaborate with the finance team on budget tracking and expense management
- Respond to inquiries regarding billing discrepancies and payment status
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or clerical roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical aptitude and exceptional data entry accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology
