Ching Tan & Associates is seeking a highly organized and motivated Account Clerk cum Admin to join our professional team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our office and ensuring seamless administrative operations.
As an integral member of our finance department, you will manage both Office Accounts and Client Accounts, ensuring compliance with legal industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Maintain and reconcile Office Accounts and Client’s Trust Accounts accurately.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in year-end closing processes.
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor petty cash flow.
- Manage office administrative duties, including document filing, procurement, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax agents to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support the legal team with billing processes and disbursement tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within a legal firm or professional service environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
- Solid understanding of Malaysian tax regulations (SST, Income Tax) and accounting principles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
