Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate records for Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP).
- Perform daily data entry of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers into the accounting system.
- Ensure all financial documentation is systematically filed and easily retrievable for audits.
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of bank statements and petty cash.
- Provide essential support to the Senior Accountant in the preparation of Full Set Accounts.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments from debtors and to creditors.
- Prepare monthly financial schedules and assist in month-end closing procedures.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in an accounting or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel functions.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or UBS) is highly preferred.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Must be a resident of or willing to work in Pasir Tumboh, Kelantan.
