Join our dynamic team at Juta Qaseh as an Account Clerk and play a vital role in our financial operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage our day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial records. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of RM 1,700 – RM 2,000 per month, with the opportunity to grow within our company.
As an Account Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with month-end closing procedures. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
We offer a supportive work environment with Monday to Friday working hours from 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM, and half-day on Saturdays. Our office is conveniently located in Papar, Sabah, providing easy access for local candidates.

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
