Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury operations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and cost optimization
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in real estate or construction
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Deep understanding of Malaysian tax regulations and compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
