Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily bookkeeping duties, including accurate data entry and record maintenance.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence management, and scheduling.
  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports and documentation for management review.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to maintain professional business relationships.
  • Support the team with light marketing tasks, including social media updates or promotional material preparation.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a clean, efficient working environment.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and monitor office petty cash accounts.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or accounting support role is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
  • Strong numerical literacy and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial and sensitive office data.
