In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring that all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards. Beyond the numbers, you will serve as the backbone of our administrative operations, managing correspondence, filing systems, and office logistics. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure the accuracy of financial records and ledgers.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, invoices, and payroll processing.
  • Handle general office administration, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence and phone calls.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for both financial and administrative documents.
  • Support the management team with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with general ledger maintenance.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Account Cum Admin or Assistant Accountant role.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
