Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily financial entries, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office supply procurement.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records with high confidentiality and integrity.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professional courtesy.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive team player mindset.
