Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial entries, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office supply procurement.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain electronic and physical records with high confidentiality and integrity.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professional courtesy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Positive attitude and a proactive team player mindset.
