In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with partial set accounting, and ensuring the smooth running of our office administration. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle partial set accounts including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and other financial documentation accurately.
- Manage general administrative tasks such as filing, office supply inventory, and document archiving.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of administrative requests.
- Provide front-desk support and handle incoming enquiries professionally.
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative projects as assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent certification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data management.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Must be comfortable working in the Pioneer area.
