We are seeking a dynamic Account Cum Admin Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports and documentation for management review
- Operate accounting software efficiently for transaction processing and record-keeping
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and filing
- Coordinate office operations including inventory management and vendor communications
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts under supervision
- Support HR functions including onboarding and documentation processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data entry) and MS Word
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
