Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations
  • Process financial transactions, invoices, payments, and expense reports with meticulous accuracy
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including correspondence, scheduling, and record management
  • Coordinate cross-departmental operations to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation
  • Maintain updated financial databases and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for operational planning

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail with error-free documentation
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal English
