Tanggung Jawab
- Handle full spectrum of accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system.
- Manage bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Oversee general office administration tasks, including filing, documentation, and office supply procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Assist in the preparation of GST/SST submissions and statutory compliance documentation.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and computerized accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or AutoCount).
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
