In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our financial integrity while supporting our day-to-day administrative operations. You will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate data entry, managing invoice issuance, and processing payments efficiently. Additionally, you will assist in the timely completion of month-end closing procedures to ensure our financial records are up to date.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accurate data entry, invoice preparation, and payment processing.
- Assist in month-end closing processes, including bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Prepare and verify supplier invoices and receipts for approval and payment.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative support roles.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations and statutory compliance is an advantage.
