Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
  • Manage office administrative duties, including filing, documentation, and office supply inventory.
  • Support the management team in preparing monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timely communication and documentation.
  • Assist with basic HR administrative functions such as leave records and staff attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local statutory financial requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
