Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle day-to-day accounting duties, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, archiving, and digitizing records.
  • Assist in payroll processing and monthly tax calculations where applicable.
  • Coordinate office supplies, manage petty cash, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle internal and external correspondence professionally.
  • Support the management team with ad-hoc projects and meeting preparations.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar account cum admin role.
  • Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently under tight deadlines.
