Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate financial records
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings and candidate screening
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance matters
- Prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts monthly
- Support HR initiatives including employee relations and policy implementation
- Coordinate administrative tasks and office operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, HR Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in accounting and HR functions
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and financial regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
