Alpha Instrumentation Sdn Bhd is seeking a versatile Account Cum HR Executive to join our team in Shah Alam. This role is perfect for a multi-talented individual who thrives on balancing financial precision with human capital management.

In this position, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring that both our financial records and employee lifecycle management run seamlessly. You will take ownership of daily financial transactions, statutory compliance, and payroll processing, while simultaneously supporting our team with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of confidentiality and accuracy in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB statutory contributions.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to exit procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with the Employment Act and local labor regulations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in year-end audit preparations.
  • Manage office administration tasks, including procurement of office supplies and liaison with service providers.
  • Support management with ad-hoc human resource initiatives and organizational development tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative, accounting, or HR role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar) and MS Office suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
