Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record maintenance
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement to employees
- Handle full-cycle HR functions from recruitment to employee relations and onboarding
- Oversee administrative tasks including office management and document coordination
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and vendors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of combined accounting and HR experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and tax regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
