Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting
  • Oversee HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards
  • Coordinate employee training programs and performance evaluation processes
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and assist in budget preparation
  • Handle statutory HR compliance including EPF, SOCSO, and income tax submissions
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely employee compensation
  • Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of combined experience in accounting and HR functions
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and HRIS systems
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to liaise across departments
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIPD) is advantageous
