Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, including General Ledger and trial balance preparation.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in the annual statutory audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow reporting.
- Handle tax compliance and statutory filing requirements.
- Support the finance team with budgeting and ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and compliant with accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar Senior Account Executive or Accounting role.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Thorough understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
