  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with high accuracy
  • Process vendor invoices, client payments, and expense reimbursements
  • Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements monthly
  • Prepare financial reports and documentation for audits
  • Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable/receivable
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with financial modeling experience
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
