Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with high accuracy
- Process vendor invoices, client payments, and expense reimbursements
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements monthly
- Prepare financial reports and documentation for audits
- Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable/receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with financial modeling experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian GST and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
