Dynaciate Engineering is a leading player in the engineering sector, and we are currently seeking a meticulous and results-driven Account Executive to join our finance team in Pasir Gudang. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to play a critical role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our business growth objectives.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions, including ledger management, financial reporting, and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform monthly and year-end closing activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor and process bank reconciliations, tax filings, and statutory payments in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to verify project costing and expenditure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and variance analysis.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure inventory records are updated and reconciled.
- Support external audit processes and provide documentation as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant working experience in a corporate or industrial environment.
- Proven proficiency in accounting software (e.g., UBS, MYOB, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Solid understanding of MFRS/IFRS and Malaysian tax regulations.
- High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
