  • Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision.
  • Maintain the general ledger, reconciling accounts and ensuring data integrity.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Support tax filing, VAT/GST returns, and liaison with external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of best‑practice accounting procedures.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform month‑end close activities.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and variance reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations, including GST/VAT filings.
  • Support external audits by providing required documentation and schedules.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Sage, or SAP).
  • Solid understanding of Malaysian financial regulations and tax requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
