What You’ll Do:
- Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision.
- Maintain the general ledger, reconciling accounts and ensuring data integrity.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support tax filing, VAT/GST returns, and liaison with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of best‑practice accounting procedures.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform month‑end close activities.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and variance reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations, including GST/VAT filings.
- Support external audits by providing required documentation and schedules.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Sage, or SAP).
- Solid understanding of Malaysian financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
