Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain a full set of accounts including general ledger, inventory management, and bank reconciliations
- Execute month-end closing procedures and ensure timely completion of financial reports
- Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and implement effective financial controls
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
