Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-set of accounts, including general ledger, trial balance, and financial statements.
- Ensure full statutory compliance with Malaysian regulations, including LHDN, MDEC, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Provide comprehensive support during internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is in order.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, conducting performance reviews and training.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely processing of payments and receipts.
- Assist in tax computations and annual tax returns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certificate in Chartered Accountancy (ACCA/CPA) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven track record of managing statutory compliance and audit processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide junior team members.
