Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily financial operations, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
  • Perform timely accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to track operational expenses and documentation.
  • Support year-end audit processes and tax filing preparations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital financial records.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role (Fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of local taxation and basic financial regulations is an advantage.
