Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
- Perform timely accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track operational expenses and documentation.
- Support year-end audit processes and tax filing preparations.
- Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role (Fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of local taxation and basic financial regulations is an advantage.
