Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the accounting sector
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate accounting solutions and services
- Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and service presentations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining quality client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems
- Represent the company at industry events and networking sessions when required
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Valid driving license and reliable transportation preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong personality and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply
