TROPICAL CHARTERS Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance Department in the beautiful island of Langkawi. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Finance operations by providing comprehensive end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable services. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions with precision, and ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Process invoices, verify documentation, and ensure proper coding of transactions
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems for easy retrieval
- Prepare and generate financial reports as required by management
- Process payments and collections while maintaining good relationships with vendors and clients
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support the Finance team in budget preparation and monitoring activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is an advantage
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Good communication skills in English (Malay is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and regulations is beneficial
