Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Maintain precise financial records and general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance role
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work produced
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Good knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Professional accounting certification (LIA, MICPA, or equivalent) will be an advantage
