Your Impact
As an Account Executive, you will ensure the financial health and compliance of the organization. Your day-to-day will involve managing the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and implementing best practices in internal controls. You will be the key liaison for external auditors and bankers, ensuring seamless audits and optimal management of banking facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and monthly closing.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage banking facilities, including trade finance, loans, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws (Corporate Tax, SST) and statutory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts to support treasury decisions.
- Assist in the implementation of financial policies and internal control procedures.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS, MPERS, and Malaysian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SQL, Autocount, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
