Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities accurately and within deadlines.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss statements, and Cash Flow reports.
- Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and daily financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal audit standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities as needed.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure accurate depreciation scheduling.
- Assist management with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, MIA).
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience handling full-set accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations (SST/Income Tax).
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive team player with high integrity and professional ethics.
