Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounts for multiple F&B outlets and HQ.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Conduct detailed stock costing analysis and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for year-end financial audits.
- Perform daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local taxation laws and statutory reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full-set accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian F&B cost structures and inventory management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate across all levels of the organization.
