Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
  • Perform daily data entry and maintain comprehensive financial records in the accounting system.
  • Execute bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries for discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss reports.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to provide support during internal and external audits.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., LCCI, ACCA, CAT).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or cloud-based platforms) and MS Excel.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, standards, and taxation requirements in Malaysia.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
