P J Perira & Dasan is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Executive to join our growing team in Kota Kinabalu. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by managing full-cycle accounting processes.

The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong grasp of local tax regulations and bookkeeping standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure high accuracy in data entry.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including SST, income tax, and audit filings.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities efficiently.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements for management review.
  • Maintain systematic filing of financial records and supporting documents.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or UBS) is highly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax laws.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Malay.
