Tanggung Jawab
- Financial Reconciliation: Review and reconcile monthly accounts, bank statements, and general ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Invoicing Management: Prepare, issue, and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring all billing details are correct.
- Payment Processing: Process payments from clients and manage accounts payable to vendors, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Record Keeping: Maintain updated, organized records of all invoices, receipts, and financial documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Billing Inquiries: Handle customer queries regarding billing, invoices, and payment schedules professionally and efficiently.
- Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports and provide data analysis for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with local tax regulations and internal financial controls.
Kualifikasi
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and ensure high accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work well under pressure.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
