Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure accuracy in tax filings and compliance.
- Analyze operational costs and provide actionable insights to management to drive profitability.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline business processes and financial workflows.
- Support the finance team in budget planning, cash flow forecasting, and annual audits.
- Participate in strategic meetings to contribute to operational decision-making.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain up-to-date accounting documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial operations (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or AutoCount) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data for operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across different teams.
