Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform timely bank and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial data.
- Prepare accurate and professional monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain and organize comprehensive financial documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, audit schedules, and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget tracking and variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
