Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with variance reporting
- Execute daily bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy across multiple accounts
- Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance with Malaysian labor regulations
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems for management decision-making
- Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining comprehensive audit trails
- Optimize accounting workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce processing time
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB)
- Deep understanding of Malaysian FRS standards and tax compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
