Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic engagement
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the property development sector
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in property development or real estate
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with market research experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Malaysian work permit or citizenship required
