As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, ensuring the integrity of our general ledger, and preparing comprehensive financial statements. We are looking for someone who can work independently, manage full-set accounts effectively, and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Process daily financial transactions with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Liaise professionally with external auditors to facilitate smooth year-end audits.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of management reports.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and intercompany accounts regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar Account Executive or Bookkeeping role.
- Strong understanding of full-set accounting practices and financial standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or UBS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality data accuracy.
