Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow management.
- Coordinate with tax agents and auditors for annual statutory requirements.
- Monitor and manage petty cash and office expenses efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial records and documents for audit readiness.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and statutory financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, LCCI).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and Malaysian financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
