Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with standard accounting principles.
- Execute accurate bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow on a weekly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Support the management team by generating detailed financial reports and analytical insights.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate expense tracking and budgetary control.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
