Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and verify financial discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using accounting software.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities when necessary.
- Support management with budget forecasting and cash flow analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or UBS).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
