Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, trial balances, and reconciliations.
- Process invoices, receipts, and vouchers with a high degree of accuracy.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow statements.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of Malaysian taxation laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
