Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing client accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve client inquiries and ensure accurate billing.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related finance role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
