Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial data for management reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions with high precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system-related financial discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Maintain database integrity by troubleshooting and documenting accounting system errors.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and system management.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
