In this position, you will be responsible for managing the full sets of accounts, preparing comprehensive financial reports, conducting reconciliations, monitoring cash flow, assisting with audits, and overseeing monthly closing activities. Your expertise will contribute directly to our company's financial stability and strategic decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records
- Monitor cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information
- Oversee monthly closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management (2-3 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus
