As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of the company. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS.
- Handle invoicing, billing, collections, and credit control processes diligently.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports, including SST, corporate tax estimates, and tax filings.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary schedules and liaising with external auditors and tax agents.
- Process employee expense claims and ensure strict adherence to company policies and internal controls.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar accounting role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience and excellent academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP, or QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, MFRS, and relevant financial regulations.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
