As our Account Executive, you will serve as the backbone of our accounts payable operations. Your primary responsibilities will center around ensuring the flawless accuracy of all financial transactions, fostering strong relationships with our vendors, and directly upholding the financial integrity of our organization. Your daily workflow will involve diligently verifying invoices for accuracy, proactively communicating with vendors to resolve discrepancies and status inquiries, and managing seamless payment schedules to optimize cash flow.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage the full AP cycle from invoice receipt to payment execution. This includes reconciling statements, preparing payment runs, maintaining vendor master data, and assisting with month-end closing activities. Your expertise will help streamline processes and minimize financial risk.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling.
- Ensure accuracy of vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Communicate professionally with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and negotiate payment terms.
- Prepare and execute timely payment runs via various methods (EFT, Cheque, Online Banking).
- Perform regular vendor statement reconciliations and address outstanding issues promptly.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor master files and historical records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, accruals, and audit schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations) to streamline financial workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Certificate in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in an accounting role, specifically in Accounts Payable.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, AP processes, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
