Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure general ledger accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow and oversee daily petty cash and bank transactions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and submit timely statutory reports, including GST/SST filings.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage documentation for financial audits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial data clearly.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or within a team.
